Welcome to Pind Worldwide (“Pind Worldwide”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website pindworldwide.com and our services (the “Platform”). By creating an account, posting a listing, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Pind Worldwide is an online marketplace that lets sellers list products and services and lets buyers discover them. We are a listing and discovery platform only. We are not a party to any transaction between a buyer and a seller. We do not process, hold, or guarantee payments between buyers and sellers — those payments happen directly between the two parties using the payment method they agree on. We do not ship, inspect, or take possession of any item.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your location) to use the Platform. By using the Platform you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for keeping your account login secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

• The Starter Plan is ₹299 per month and includes 5 active listings plus access to our AI listing tools.
• Additional listings beyond 5 are unlocked using wallet credits (1 credit = ₹1). Top-ups start at ₹199 and never expire.
• The monthly subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• If your monthly subscription lapses or is cancelled, all of your listings (including listings unlocked with credits) become inactive until you resubscribe.
• Fees are processed through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and may be charged in your local currency by the processor.

If you post a listing, you are responsible for it. You agree that your listings and conduct will not:

We may remove any listing and suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, at our discretion.

Buyers are responsible for evaluating listings and dealing directly with sellers. Because Pind Worldwide does not process or guarantee buyer–seller payments, you deal with sellers at your own risk. We encourage you to use safe payment methods and to confirm details before paying.

Because we are only a listings platform, we do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of any item or service, the truth of any listing, or the ability of any party to complete a transaction. Any dispute about a purchase is between the buyer and the seller.

The Platform, including its design, logos, and content we create, belongs to Pind Worldwide. Content you upload (such as listing text and photos) remains yours, but you grant us a licence to display and promote it on and through the Platform.

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pind Worldwide is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from a transaction between a buyer and a seller. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Platform will not exceed the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or that we reasonably believe create risk for other users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
